Freddy’s Glass is a residential and commercial glass shop in Waco, TX. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, and what we do with it. We’ve kept it short and plain-English on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our site (the Get a Free Quote form on the home page or the contact form on our service pages), you give us your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what you need help with. We don’t ask for your address on the form; we’ll get it when we call you back to schedule a measurement.

Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics through Google Analytics: things like which pages you visited, what browser you’re using, and the city you’re in (not your exact location). This helps us understand which parts of the site people use and which ones to improve.

What we do with it

When you submit a form, three things happen:

  1. The information lands in our ServiceMinder system, which we use to schedule appointments, send quotes, and stay organized.
  2. We get an email at our sales inbox so we can follow up with you.
  3. Our team gets a notification so we can call you back, usually within a few hours during business days.

If you don’t want to be called or emailed by us after a quote, just tell us — we’ll mark you do-not-contact in our system and that’s that.

Text messages (SMS)

By giving us your phone number on our website forms, you’re consenting to receive text messages from Freddy’s Glass about your quote, scheduling your appointment, and updates on your job. We only text you about your job — we don’t send marketing blasts or share your number with anyone for marketing.

  • Frequency: Varies based on your project and our conversation. Most customers get just a handful of messages from us during a typical job.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan. We don’t charge for the messages themselves.
  • Stop messages: Reply STOP to any of our text messages at any time and we’ll stop texting you. Reply HELP if you need help.

Opting out of texts won’t affect your ability to reach us by phone or email, and we’ll still respond to your inquiries through those channels unless you ask us to stop those too.

Operations SMS (Employees)

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with:

  • ServiceMinder — our customer management system, which stores your contact info and job history securely.
  • Google Analytics — only the anonymous traffic data described above.
  • Government or legal authorities — if a court or law enforcement requires it.

We will never share your phone or email with marketers, advertisers, or other glass shops.

How long we keep it

Customer records stay in our system for as long as we’re in business so we can look up past jobs if you need warranty work or a similar repair done later. Quote requests that don’t turn into jobs stay for a few years for the same reason.

If you’d like us to delete your record, email us at sales@freddysglass.com and we’ll take care of it within a few business days.

Cookies

Our website uses standard cookies for things like remembering your preferences and analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser if you’d rather — it might make parts of the site work less well.

Kids

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Updates

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
