How to opt in
To subscribe, an authorized employee texts the keyword START to (254) 347-2124 from their work-designated device. After opting in, the system replies with this confirmation:
Freddy’s Glass: You are now subscribed to operations SMS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, services, or any transaction. Employees may decline at any time without consequence.
Program details
- Sender: Messages are sent by Freddy’s Glass, LLC.
- Message types: Internal order and job-status notifications and related operational replies (for example, retrieving pricing data and order drafts for customer quote preparation).
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on daily job and order volume.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Freddy’s Glass does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Help: Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or contact us at (254) 752-1506 or sales@freddysglass.com.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL) at any time to unsubscribe.
Privacy
Mobile information collected through this program (phone number, message content, timestamps) is used solely for internal business operations. No mobile information will be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
